Keeping in mind the health and safety of our employees, we have taken all the necessary measures:

• We conduct meetings and awareness programmes on sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, prohibition and redressal) for welfare and safety of our female workers.
• We have work committees which monitor the health and safety of our employees.
• We follow all the safety measures and guidelines as per local law.
• We have proper ventilation and lightning system in our factory with advanced technologies.
• We have good drinking water facilities.
• We have proper sanitation and housekeeping facilities at our workplace.
• We conduct First Aid Training and Mock Drill Programmes such as Fire Training on a regular basis.
• We assess the workplace for hazards on a regular basis.
• Provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Awareness Programme.
• Provide PPE training and instruction for employees regarding proper use of equipment.
